This image shows part of an etch tool's artwork I designed for a client's project. No suitable commercial product was available in 4mm scale, so a complete chassis and footplate was designed for this project. Advantage was taken of this process to reproduce the intricacies of the valve gear and integrate the client's requirement for sprung suspension into the design.
